Q: Do you clean delicate or designer clothes?
A: Yes. We offer professional dry cleaning for delicate and luxury items.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: AED 30 for one-time orders. No minimum for monthly subscribers.

Delivery & Turnaround

Q: How fast is the service?
A: Standard delivery is 24–48 hours. Same-day service is available for an extra charge.

Q: Do you charge for pickup and delivery?
A: No, it’s always free within our service areas. But there is a minimum order spent.

Subscriptions

Q: How do monthly subscriptions work?
A: Tell us your needs, and we’ll create a custom plan with weekly pickups, preferred delivery slots, and discounted rates.
